| Shrimp Scampi with Pasta and Tomatoes |

| Ingredients |
1 1/2 pounds peeled and de-veined large or jumbo shrimp
1 stick of butter or margarine
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 package ED.D's Shrimp Scampi Supreme (1 ounce package)
1 14.5 ounce can of tomatoes (stewed or diced)
1 16 ounce package of your favorite type of pasta |

Pasta and Tomatoes
Cook Pasta as directed by pasta manufacturer. Heat canned tomatoes in a sauce pan while Pasta and Shrimp are cooking.
Shrimp Scampi
Peel and devein 1 1/2 pounds of medium, large or jumbo shrimp. Over
medium heat, melt 1 stick of margarine or butter
along with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add shrimp to pan and saute
turning shrimp to cook on both sides. About 6 to nine minutes total time.
Add scampi supreme AFTER shrimp is cooked and stir for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and serve.

Tips |
Serves Six. Tip: TIP: If cooking less than 1 1/2 of shrimp use only 1/2 stick of
margarine or butter along with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Try and time it so that your pasta is done a minute before the scampi is finished cooking. Place drained pasta on plates and place about six tablespoons of the tomatoes on top of the pasta. Add Shrimp Scampi to each plate as soon as it is finished cooking. Enjoy! |
