| Ingredients |
1 1/2 pounds peeled and de-veined large or jumbo shrimp
1 stick of butter or margarine
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 package ED.D's Shrimp Scampi Supreme (1 ounce package)

| Directions |
Peel and devein 1 1/2 pounds of medium, large or jumbo shrimp. Over
medium heat, melt 1 stick of margarine or butter
along with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add shrimp to pan and saute
turning shrimp to cook on both sides. About 6 to nine minutes total time.
Add scampi supreme AFTER shrimp is cooked and stir for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and serve.

Tips |
Serves Six. TIP: If cooking less than 1 1/2 of shrimp use only 1/2 stick of
margarine or butter along with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
After preparing the shrimp scampi, it is delicious when served along
with the sauce over a plate of spaghetti. |
